About Me Do
you love the smell of two-stroke in the morning? Are you a fan of
small engines and automobiles? Well, these things describe me. Outboards
were my first real interest followed in later years by mopeds and
then cars. (okay, tractors, lawn-mowers & I would love to get
my hands on an airplane!)
Looking around my site, you'll see my various collections along with data, some stories, and hopefully, some helpful information. I recall how great it was when I found the one person in the world who seemed to have information on a weird Russian outboard I had just found and could not even identify, so I hope I can offer that same type of interesting background and guidance to others. ** This is not a commercial site, no cars, motors, parts, or literature is for sale. ** I am a member of several clubs, all of which have been more than helpful in my various projects. First, there is the Antique Outboard Motor Club. A great resource for my Subaru 360 restoration project is the Subaru 360 Drivers Club, and for our Volvo there is the Volvo Club of America.
